BT

DigiCo is a new BT initiative seeking to deploy cloud-based digital services integrated with core GSIP network. BSS Refresh are currently providing detailed analysis and designs to support that deployment.

BT wanted to deploy a new commission capability across its organisation. BSS Refresh provided full design integrating cloud-based commission system with multiple CRM, ERP, Billing, Data Warehouses and HR systems.

The AA

Requiring CRM and architecture expertise on their Digital Transformation programme, The AA turned to BSS Refresh. We provided numerous desisgns integrating a large number of systems including Pega CRM, MDM (Master Data Management), TIBCO ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), Data Warehouse, & Policy Administration. Designs included Home Insurance Hosted Services, Motor Insurance with telematics.

Shop Direct

Seeking to enhance customer engagement, Shop Direct turned to BNSS Refresh. We provided a capability assessment of their exisitng systems, identified best-practice for CRM customer engagement centre and developed a road map to deliver the capability they desired.

Shop Direct needed to evaluate Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a  marketing and multi-channel messaging platform. BSS Refresh analysed the functional , non-functional and managed service requirements then performed gap analysis against existing capabilities.

ARM

ARM needed to re-evaluate and update existing legacy CRM solutions.

Sainsbury’s

Sainsbury’s needed to replace legacy SaaS financial reconciliation system.

BSS Refresh provided solution architecture consultancy. Deliverables include recommendation of choice of  product vendor and version of recommended product.

Both recommendations were accepted and agreed by Sainsbury’s.

Creator

Creator needed to deliver a eCRM programme and supporting customer service Web site for a leading hotel group.

BSS Refresh delivered business analysis and solution architecture. Deliverables included definition of data warehouse fact/dimension models and bespoke EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) solution for integrating the data warehouse with customer service Web site.

Architected solution was accepted and implemented.

Colt Telecom

Colt needed to deploy a B2B e-commerce solution across Europe.

BSS Refresh provided solution architecture expertise adapting the solution to comply with regulations for each country. Solution included definition of interface between solution and numerous switch types.

Colt approved the delivered solution and implemented in accordance.

Truphone

Truphone wished to replace legacy architecture for customer service and billing with leading-edge solution based on real-time rating. Solution included provisioning, fulfilment and billing components.

BSS Refresh provided solution architecture consultancy. Deliverables included enhancements to the overall solution architecture and definition of the migration requirements and a migration strategy.
